These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your
use of the website and services provided by Novarque, a division of Entrazure Technologies. By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Scope of Services

Novarque provides cloud transformation, cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, and IT advisory services, including but not limited to: Azure architecture and security hardening, sovereign infrastructure design, AI engineering, Namespace Security assessments, digital transformation programme management, and fractional CIO engagements.

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only. Engagements with Novarque are governed by separate statements of work, service agreements, or master services agreements. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Novarque and Entrazure Technologies retain ownership of all proprietary materials, methodologies, frameworks, tools, platforms, software, research, and systems — including but not limited to the Namespace Security (Klarvant) assessment methodology, the WIN TO LUX migration framework, and any architectural templates or compliance documentation shared during engagements — unless explicitly transferred through a signed agreement.

Client-specific deliverables developed under contract are subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement. In the absence of specific terms, Novarque retains ownership of all reusable methodologies, templates, and frameworks, while the client retains ownership of their data and configurations.

All shared documents, communications, proposals, and technical assessments should be treated as confidential unless explicitly designated as public. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

Security & Compliance Disclaimer

Novarque is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including but not limited to:

  • The General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD / GDPR) for European Union residents
  • The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for Canadian residents
  • Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25)
  • Applicable US federal and state privacy laws for United States residents

For clients based in Canada, disputes may alternatively be resolved under the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. For clients based in the European Union, disputes may alternatively be resolved under the laws of France.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless an alternative jurisdiction applies as described above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida State. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Florida State.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entrazure Technologies (operating as Novarque), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
