The information you send us voluntarily through the site's forms: name, organisation, work email, the domain to be mapped and, where you provide it, the context you describe. We set no advertising cookies and use no third-party trackers for profiling.
Public pages are served from a global delivery network. Any personal data you send us is received, processed and held in the Azure Canada East region, in Quebec City. The access key to our customer relationship system is held in an Azure Key Vault in the same region and never appears in our code.
Our customer relationship tool and the Klarvant Namespace Command platform are hosted by their vendors outside Quebec. In accordance with section 17 of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, we have documented the assessment of the applicable legal regime. That document is provided on request.
Enquiries that lead to no business relationship are deleted after twenty-four months. Client files follow the applicable accounting and contractual obligations.
You may request access to your information, its correction, its deletion, and the cessation of its dissemination. We answer within the periods set by law. Write to the privacy officer.
Encryption in transit and at rest, access by managed identity, logging of administrative access. We hold no client passwords and never request credentials by email.
