Access to the information we hold about you, its correction, its deletion, the cessation of its dissemination, and a copy of the privacy impact assessment applying to a transfer outside Quebec.
We acknowledge receipt within five working days and answer substantively within the thirty days set by law. If your request needs longer inventory work, we tell you at the acknowledgement rather than at the deadline.
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we inform the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we keep the register required by law.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
