Build · Azure Landing Zone

A foundation described in code.
Not a screenshot.

Most Azure tenants were built by hand and documented afterwards. The document is out of date the next day. We deliver the reverse: an executable description of which the environment is the consequence.

What the mandate covers

The scope is fixed.
The content is not.

01

Hierarchy and governance

Management groups, subscriptions, naming and tagging conventions, Azure Policy applied at the root rather than to individual resources.

02

Network

Hub-and-spoke or Virtual WAN depending on your geography, peerings, private name resolution, controlled and logged egress.

03

Identity and access

Microsoft Entra integration, just-in-time privileged access, managed identities for workloads, removal of plaintext secrets.

04

Logging

A central workspace, retention aligned to your obligations, alerts that trigger an action rather than an email.

How we work

Four steps.
Nothing hidden between them.

01

Scoping

We survey what exists: subscriptions, networks, identities, what already runs. Scoping is paid for and delivered, even if you stop there.

02

Description

Bicep or Terraform, whichever your teams prefer. The repository is yours from the first commit, not at the end of the mandate.

03

Deployment

Preview environment, then production. Every gap between code and reality is treated as a defect, never as an acceptable exception.

04

Handover

Your teams deploy themselves in front of us before the mandate ends. That is the exit criterion, not the number of resources created.

What you keep

The repository, not the dependency.

A repository that rebuilds everything

If the environment disappears, the code brings it back. It is the only real test of infrastructure-as-code, and we run it in front of you.

Reusable templates

Your teams add a workload without us. A partner you cannot do without has not finished the job.

An audit trail

Every infrastructure change goes through review and leaves a record. That is what an auditor asks for, and what the repository produces.

Start by seeing

Let us look at your tenant
before talking about it.

The external surface demonstration already shows part of what is exposed. No fee, no installation.
